Adjunct Computer Training Instructor
Sunteleo Training, a locally owned and operated computer training company, is looking to fill an open position(s) for adjunct instructor(s). This contract position will be directly responsible to the Director of Business.
General Scope of Responsibilities:
- Practice excellence in teaching, consulting, and instruction
- Demonstrate evidence of professional growth and orientation to the business
- Carry out the responsibilities specific to his/her area, department, and/or assignments
General Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience as a trainer for a corporation or b2b instruction
- Certified or capability of certifying for Microsoft Office Application Specialist (proven experience in MS applications)
- Experience in teaching using the adult learning methodology
- Preferable experience in using online classroom environments (i.e. iLinc, gotomeeting, WebEx)
- Ability to adapt to the culture of Sunteleo Training as well as our client base
- Assist with new course evaluation and implementation
- Ability to deliver training that uses client examples
- Set up and configure classrooms
- Help with future growth of the classroom
- Team player willing to work with the sales force to close potential deals
- Travel will be required within Texas
- College degree preferred but proven experience will suffice
This position is a contract (1099) position that could potentially lead to full time employment. Frequency of utilization will be based on the business market.
We will consider internships as an avenue to ramp up an individual to get them business and training experience.
