What is a Sunteleo???

Over the years we have continually been asked, “What is a Sunteleo? How did you get that name???” Besides being a unique name that helps us stand out, Sunteleo has a basis and meaning. Sunteleo Training was created out of a need when a previous training vendor went out of business in San Antonio. In the first few days of operation we had clients and we had business but no business name. So we did what all people do when in times of crisis – we prayed.

We had a marketing round table to discuss the name of our new company, a task much harder than you would expect. There were plenty of ideas and many discussions about how to go about infusing one word with how dedicated and blessed we felt about the company and the opportunity God had given us. Finally the first invoice had to be issued so we took out a Vines Dictionary (much like a concordance but with actual Greek and Hebrew definitions of biblical passages) and searched for a word that meant “fulfillment.” We felt that the opportunity and the purpose of that opportunity meant fulfillment to us and to our clients.

The word we chose to use was selected from Mark 13:4.

Fulfill, Fulfilling, Fulfillment [Verb] sunteleo “to complete,” is translated “fulfilled” in the AV of Mark_13:4

Reflecting on the purpose God has given us in our lifetime, we decided this is a proper name for the company. Sunteleo offers fulfillment in many facets: new employment for people in need of jobs (instructors, business development and others), increased knowledge and productivity for those clients who attend our courses and workshops and finally, the opportunity for us to live a faith-based life knowing that God is our provider.
